Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FAKHERI Digital website and purchase of our digital products and services. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company

FAKHERI Digital is a trading name of FAKHERI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17240057). Registered office: 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products are delivered as instant downloads upon successful payment via Stripe Checkout. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a file has been accessed or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Services

Custom AI automation engagements are individually scoped and priced. Each engagement is governed by a written scope document agreed before work begins. Pricing is fixed per project. Payment terms are specified in each project agreement.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund terms for digital products are set out in our Refund Policy. Service project cancellations are governed by the individual project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a custom service project, all bespoke deliverables are owned by the client. FAKHERI LTD retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks used in the build, licensed to the client within the delivered system. Digital products are licensed for personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or services to violate applicable laws, generate fraudulent content, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in harmful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAKHERI LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
